Hi Atsuki, I am a newbie at AIMC but have been an apprentice for the past 3 years under a practitioner who was greatly inspired by 'Japanese stlye acupuncture' but I am not sure of any specific style. He tended to use 'the less is more approach' (but not always..) in both herbs and needling and relied heavily on hara diagnosis. In fact he said if had to choose only one diagnostic method it would be the hara.
The reason I chose AIMC was because of the Japanese part of the program so I am excited to join your group!
Are you familiar with Seitai Shin Po?
