Looking for a room in Berkeley

Hi everyone!

I found out I have black mold in my apartment and am looking for a new place in Berkeley.

I've been fortunate enough to have super affordable rent for as long as I can remember, and am hoping to keep it that way (!); something in the $450 range would be ideal.
