Dear All:

I just wanted to take a minute to point out the cornucopia of course options in Continuing Education available to students. If you buzz past the Continuing Ed website at:

http://www.aimc.edu/ceu/index.html

you'll find lots of interesting weekend options. While some of the classes are better suited for students T3 and above, newer students may get alot out of courses such as Dr. Robinson's Integrative Medicine course, Cardiology for TCM Practitioners.

Pricing is super low for AIMC students--take advantage while you are still a student of the deep discounts! Each two-day course is just $95 and each one-day course is only $50 (prices differ for special programs--inquire for details).

I especially wanted to draw everyone's attention to a course coming up this November 1-2. Charles Garcia, founder of the California School of Traditional Hispanic Herbalism in Richmond, CA will be at AIMC, Berkeley giving a two-day intensive focusing on use and preparation of California Traditional Hispanic Herbs. Mr. Garcia's knowledge of this materia medica is both broad and deep with experience practicing with profoundly diverse groups of people. The weekend promises to be a wonderful supplement to all of our practices and at $95 for both days, don't let this one slip by!

If you have any questions about these or other classes in Continuing Education, you can email me at sszmodis@aimc.edu or call at 510-666-8248 x106.

Cheers!
Sara

This is a great place to acknowledge what an amazing job Sara is doing at her new post. She has hit the ground running and has been able to juggle a bowling pin, a machete, and difficult phone calls all at the same time...
Kudos to you!
