Touching to be Touched

We treat others because to touch is to be touched……………..

We touch because every Body holds the story of its life…
Pains, betrayals, joys and triumphs,
All are held in the supple treasure chests of our bodies.
And to touch these stories, is to hear them.
And when our stories are heard, we heal.

We participate in the healing stories of others, because we are truly one being.
From out of the void a Sound came; the vibration of it caused the sound to separate into two.
We are the children of that sound,
And ever since we have been journeying to re-unite.

Remember that sound when we enter into each treatment, whether with needle or moxa or hand. Remember that we touch each other with not only our hands, but with our voice, and with our vision.

The thoughts in our minds change the attunement of our own body and as we lay our hands, ears and eyes upon the soul before us, we must remember the sounds of our thoughts are transferred into them.
Therefore, be at peace in our own story. Be at peace knowing that we are one instrument, tuning and re-tuning to the resonance of the Universal song.
